Giustina Parisi

Consumer & Portfolio Insights Manager
Giustina Parisi is the Consumer & Portfolio Insights Manager at American Family Insurance. In her role she is responsible for managing a team of researchers who uncover insights to drive consumer understanding, experience design and product development across the organization. She has shared her team’s success in implementing agile research methods to put consumer insights at the center of decision making at Quirks in early 2018.
She has over 15 years of experience including serving in a shopper insights role at Procter and Gamble and delivering insights to feed new product development at Kraft Heinz. Prior to her CPG roles, she work as an analyst for The Nielsen Company. Giustina earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Sociology followed by her MBA specializing in marketing research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
