Consumer Insights at Keurig Dr Pepper

Sarah was always a curious kid. All those ‘why’ questions have served her well in her insights career where she gets to be a self-described ‘sociological super sleuth’ and ‘anthropologist of consumption—the great American pastime.’ She’s had a colorful insights journey. In her A.C. Nielsen days, she studied the behavioral economics of smoking and drinking, and then she launched herself into the worlds of trash, toilets, dirty laundry and coffee drinking. She has worked in many break-out innovation groups and joint ventures.
